SH801.01.02 – Construction for vertically winched dividing curtain (motorized) with maximum dimensions of 40×14 m (WxH)
Construction for mounting and lifting (vertically) a dividing curtain. Electrically operated with use of a steering box with deadman’s switch function in accordance with DIN 7892:2017. Steel elements protected against corrosion with powder-coating / zinc galvanization. Mounted to a steel beam (80x80x3 mm or similar) or directly to a roof structure. The curtain is operated by an electrical motor with integrated limit switches. Electrical mechanical safety brakes prevent uncontrolled curtain slips. The curtain is pulled up with use of polyester belts placed in axial distance of approximately 200 cm.

Type, size and location of the dividing curtains’ construction and its auxiliary structure are depending on the building’s conditions and they must be considered individually each time In order to design and manufacture a proper auxiliary structure and dividing curtain’s construction, the General Contractor / Purchaser is obliged to provide all necessary cross-sections of the hall including detailed drawings of the roof structure and a floor plan with requested location of all dividing curtains (preferably in DWG file format).
Auxiliary structure (made of steel) can be powder-coated in following colors (as per RAL palette):
