Fulfillment: polyethylene foam with good mechanical performance and low weight, odorless and non-toxic:

Density: 23,5 kg/m3 (+/- 1,5 kg)

Compression strength 25% deformation ISO 3386: 0,03 N/mm2

Compression strength 25% deformation ISO 3386:  0,08 N/mm2

Water absorption EN ISO 2896: <3%

Installation method: Velcro stripes (pads can be removed if necessary, that allows to keep the cleanliness easily and replace/repair a damaged module). Mats can be installed horizontally or vertically.

 

Thanks to the used stiff and light polyethylene foam there is no need to use plywood on the back. The back is covered with the same material as the front (Mehler VALMEX 650-2 Industrial).
