The multifunctional bench uses completely new technology to strengthen and improve abdominal muscle efficiency. It is easy to use and adapted to a wide spectrum of users. The bench’s design provides simultaneous upper crunch and reverse crunch movements to deliver the most complete abdominal muscle isolation ever. Tests have shown that this bench allows you to engage more abdominal muscle than any other exercise on the floor, about 51% more in the upper abdominal muscle and 44% in the lower abdomen. Beginners can achieve significant benefits from counterweight support by adding standard disks at the back of the bench’s arm to safely perform the desired number of repetitions. On the other hand, advanced Thera-Krunch users can increase the difficulty of the exercise by adding a standard size of 1.25, 2.5, or 5 kg olympic-type discs at the front of the bench’s arm.
The upper support has been secured with a foam roller Ø 110 for the comfort of use, and the upper handles have been secured with rubber grips. To facilitate getting up after exercise, an additional grip is mounted on the articulated mechanism cover.
